Q.2. Matrix has been the best brand in Security Solutions; could you share with our view of the Indian Security market?

Ans: Artificial Intelligence stands as the technological marvel of our decade, and at Matrix, we’re harnessing this cutting-edge technology to revolutionize the world of surveillance and access control. Our range of IP cameras represents the forefront of this AI-driven innovation, with two exciting new series – the Turret Series and Ruggedized Series.

These cameras are meticulously designed to cater to the evolving needs of modern enterprises. They don’t just capture images; they incorporate core technologies such as image optimization and intelligent video analytics, ensuring a consistent and exceptional performance that sets a new standard in the industry. But our commitment to innovation doesn’t stop there. In the realm of Network Video Recorders (NVRs), Matrix is set to unveil a comprehensive range specifically tailored for medium and large enterprises. This turnkey solution integrates a powerful Video Management application with top-notch hardware, offering an all-in-one solution for businesses seeking seamless video management, recording, and storage capabilities in a single device.

In the domain of Access Control and Time-Attendance, Matrix has raised the bar by introducing state-of-the-art Face Recognition technology. Our COSEC Face Recognition system is the embodiment of deep learning technology, meticulously crafted to meet the unique user identification needs of organizations. Its robust user identification algorithm excels even in challenging environmental conditions, providing unparalleled accuracy and speed.

Q.3. What are the latest products launched by Matrix Comsec? Could you brief us about their usage & how is it going to benefit the Indian markets?

Ans: At Matrix, we are at the forefront of the technology revolution, with Artificial Intelligence as our driving force. We are fully committed to leveraging this cutting-edge technology to reshape the landscape of Video Surveillance, Access Control, and Time-Attendance. In addition to AI, we are also diligently working on integrating other advanced technologies such as Deep Learning into our solutions. These tech innovations are set to be seamlessly woven into our offerings, bringing forth significant advancements in both security and operational efficiency.

Expanding our range of IP cameras is a top priority. We have introduced Matrix All Color Cameras and the Ruggedized Series of IP cameras. The All Color Cameras are engineered to capture colored images even in conditions with less than 0.01 lux of illumination, setting new standards for low-light imaging. Meanwhile, our Ruggedized Series is purpose-built to meet the rigorous demands of the Indian Railways, with the ability to endure shocks and vibrations. These cameras ensure high-quality image capture in dynamic, challenging environments.

In the realm of time-attendance, we have brought in a dedicated face-based attendance terminal – COSEC ARGO FACE200T. With its deep learning capabilities, it optimizes the  face recognition, thereby reducing the recognition time to up to less than 0.5 seconds. With its adaptive face recognition, it learns the facial characteristics of a user thereby providing access in all scenarios despite the changing face characteristics such as due to age, glasses and so on. Speaking of security, with its anti-spoofing technology, it distinguishes images of a user as compared to a real user. This prevents any form of masquerading.

Q.4. What is your market expectations with regards to the new product launches from the Indian Region?

Ans: When it comes to new product launches in the Indian subcontinent, especially in the realm of entry management devices, there’s a sense of anticipation and optimism.
